Adam McLeod is a former licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a special focus in integrative cancer care. He was a member of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC from 2014 to 2019. His background in molecular biology has helped him to develop targeted supplementation which addresses the unique characteristics of their cancer. Integrative cancer care is not about taking a large number of expensive supplements. It is about taking the right supplements in conjunction with the appropriate targeted therapies. Adam McLeod is dedicated to developing an effective treatment plan that is both evidence-based and addresses the unique health concerns of each patient.
Adam is the author of five best-selling books including his most recent publication, Integrative Cancer Care: The Power of Being Informed. He has presented about the power of intentions all around the world and has shared the stage with such notable speakers as Edgar Mitchell (Apollo 14 Astronaut), Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, Bruce Lipton, and David Suzuki. He graduated with a first class honours degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University, afterwards, he graduated from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine as a Naturopathic doctor.
He has a special interest in cancer where he applies his molecular biology knowledge in a clinical setting. When dealing with any health challenge it is essential that you give your body all the tools that it needs to move down a path to healing. For optimal healing it is best when many different modalities are used together including nutrition, acupuncture, targeted supplementation, intravenous therapies, hyperthermia and conventional medicine. All of these approaches can work together in a synergistic way to promote the healing process.
Adam also volunteers his time with the Naturopathic Outreach Society, helping to provide free Naturopathic care to remote communities.
He is no longer practicing as he has been pursuing other projects since fall of 2018.
